Generally, you can save 20-60% of your tooling costs by outsourcing tooling to China. All of the tooling that PSI provides for export back to the United States will meet all of your material call out specifications. We adopt very strict procedures to guarantee on time delivery. We provide you the detailed tooling design document, weekly progress report with digital photos, tooling material certificate, full inspection reports and test shot samples. You will feel like you made the tools in your own tool shops.

Lead Time

• Quotation: Tooling 1 - 3 days, parts 1 - 5 days
• Mold design: 2 - 7 days
• Mold production: 3 to 8 weeks

Importing and Terms

• Handle entire importing logistics
• Air freight: 5 to 10 days after packaging and fumigation
• Ocean freight: Average 4 weeks after packaging and fumigation
• Payment terms: 50% with PO, 50% after sample approval
